Director / Head Chef - Australia Full job description – Be your own Chef Boss. Here is a true opportunity for an Asian / Chinese chef to own your restaurant and franchisees without having to invest money into the business. All we seek is your chefs experience in the asian cuisine and to manage a restaurant with employees. Be hands on and run your own restaurant. Already an established chain in India, Tuk Tuk Thai is on a look out to expand its brand into the Australian Territory as a QSR model under a new brand name "will be disclosed" and partner with a chef to open their first branch in Melbourne. The Chef will be a part of the management and be offered equity in the business as a director in all its future expansions, depending upon the commitment and upon proving their worth to fellow directors. Our mission is simple, to inspire nostalgia of the bustling South‑East Asian hawker night markets by delivering authentic dishes that pack intense flavours, fresh crunch, fiery heat, and unforgettable wok‑char.
