About the Opportunity The Maintenance Officer will play a key role in our Maintenance team, supporting our restaurants by performing various maintenance and repair work. Be a part of a rapidly growing & innovative hospitality group. Main Role Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repair work throughout our restaurants, including: Basic carpentry Tiling Plastering Patch and paint Furniture removal and repair Experience, Skills & Attributes Knowledge and experience in many aspects of repair and maintenance work (carpentry, painting, basic plumbing, joinery, tiling, plastering; welding advantageous but not essential) Understanding of OHS responsibilities and practices Excellent communication, service, time‑management and decision‑making skills Ability to work autonomously and multi‑task with a “can‑do” attitude Relevant qualifications (advantageous) Full driver’s licence Full‑time availability and work rights in Australia Working with Lucas Collective At Lucas Collective, we champion growth.
