Lead product & services strategy powering global construction excellence The Product Manager – Services in responsible for ensuring effective adoption of 'Life Cycle Management' and driving continuous improvement in customer engagement, growth, and circularity. What You'll do Prepare and coordinate effective training, coaching and steering initiatives to successfully embed new services and solutions to the portfolio. Create localized marketing materials (internal / external) Clear effective and timely communication to sales team on Solution and Services topics Provide support to the sales force on escalations related to Services, Software and Solutions and take a leading role in resolving them. Work with Services Operations Team to ensure seamless customer experience during acquisition and care phases. Work with AMS team to ensure consistency and alignment of services strategy. Monthly reporting of solution and services results to key stakeholders in the MO and region What You’ll Bring Masters Degree Direct sales competence & experience with strong results track record Proven success conducting consultative selling approach Expertise in Fleet Management and Asset Management Software within the construction industry Sales Management experience desirable Demonstrated consultative, influencing and negotiation skills.
