About the Role We’re seeking a dynamic Area Manager to oversee the performance, profitability, and operational excellence of multiple Nova clinics. You’ll be the driving force behind each site’s success — ensuring teams hit targets, deliver amazing patient experiences, and operate at peak efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead & develop clinic teams (Practice/Assistant Managers, Treatment Coordinators) to achieve KPIs Drive performance across conversion rates, patient retention, and experience Coach sales performance and ensure Treatment Coordinators maintain KPIs Monitor clinic financials – revenue, case acceptance rate, consumables, and roster efficiency Implement systems & SOPs to maintain consistency across all clinics Champion culture and accountability , ensuring every patient receives 5‑star care Conduct regular site visits and weekly performance reviews with leadership About You Proven experience as a Multi‑Site Dental Practice Manager or Regional Leader (dental, medical, or retail) Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyse and act on KPIs Confident in sales leadership – coaching teams to convert and retain patients Highly organised, disciplined, and proactive in problem‑solving Passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences Motivated by growth, performance, and leading high‑energy teams What’s in It for You Competitive base + super Leadership development and growth opportunities in a fast growing company Join a mission‑driven organisation transforming lives every day Be part of a supportive, ambitious, and values‑driven leadership team Ready to Lead with Purpose?
