We are seeking a skilled and proactive Paralegal to join our team on a full-time basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with the Director on diverse and engaging legal matters, with real scope for professional growth. The Role Work directly with the Director on litigation matters from pre-litigation through to resolution. Assist across corporate and commercial files including company and trust structuring, share sale/purchase, joint ventures, and shareholder/unitholder agreements. Provide assistance in wills and estates work, including preparation of wills, liaising with clients and trustees, and managing estate files. Handle general file management and legal support — drafting, preparing court documents and bundles, liaising with counsel, managing files in LEAP (preferred), client contact, and diary coordination. Maintain excellent organisational skills and attention to detail while managing competing priorities across multiple practice areas. Key Requirements Minimum 5 years’ paralegal experience in a law firm environment. Proficiency with LEAP (or similar practice management software). Ideally experience spanning litigation, corporate/commercial law, property/conveyancing, and wills/estates or at least two to three of those practice areas. Strong drafting ability, attention to detail, and confidence working directly with senior practitioners. Professional communication skills and a client-focused approach. Proven ability to manage multiple matters efficiently in a fast-paced boutique environment. Full working rights in Australia.
