About the Company We are exclusively partnered with an Events and Music marketing agency based in Australia. They have offices in Sydney and Melbourne and offer a range of services, including event management, experiential marketing, digital and social media marketing, content creation, and artist management. The work with a variety of clients in the entertainment industry, including music festivals, live events, record labels, and brands. They are known for their creative approach to marketing and their ability to create unique and engaging experiences for audiences. PLEASE NOTE This role is more focused on Digi and Business Ops. Also open to a Digital Coordinator position. Role Purpose The Digital Operations Manager plays a key role in managing end-to-end digital projects and associated business operations, including tasks such as billing receipts, account setup, and project scope reviews. This role ensures that all campaigns run smoothly, on time, and within budget by effectively allocating resources and working closely with internal teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end digital projects and associated business operations, including billing receipts, account setup, and project scope reviews. Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient resource allocation, maintain communication, and uphold workflow and documentation standards. Proactively manage risks, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Provide exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills, while reviewing and QA‑ing campaigns prior to launch. Show a deep understanding of a range of digital service offerings and be able to communicate these both internally and externally. Direct teams and resources to interpret client's briefs and ensure the final output is consistent with the client’s expectations. Ability to provide cost estimates and quotations, and monitor budgets. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide project status and end‑of‑campaign reports. Skills & Experience Project management experience, ideally within a digital agency. Understanding of project management principles. Experience using project management software. Experience communicating with internal teams, for example, campaign managers, strategists, content creators, and social media managers. Realistic understanding of time frames across digital disciplines. General ad platform experience including Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Spotify Ads Studio and AdRoll highly desirable. Outstanding communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. Be exceptionally organised and demonstrate excellent time management skills. Ability to foresee and manage risks in projects. Demonstrated ability to work across multiple projects at once. Experience with billing receipts, account setup, and project scope reviews preferred.
