Responsibilities & Qualifications Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role within the construction industry. Strong understanding of building codes, Australian Standards, WHS legislation and construction methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication and management skills. Ability to drive project outcomes and manage multiple priorities. Expertise in construction software, project management tools MS Office. Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering preferred. Manage all stages of construction projects, including planning, procurement, execution and handover. Develop project scopes, budgets, programs and risk management plans. Oversee onsite operations to ensure safety, quality and compliance with legislative and contract requirements. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, engineers and site teams. Conduct site inspections, progress meetings and provide regular project reporting. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standard. Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and relevant authorities. Identify and resolve project issues promptly to minimise delays.
