Duty Store Manager - Epping North (Aurora Village) Location: Epping North, Aurora Village, Australia. Position Overview Start your leadership journey with ALDI by overseeing store operations during evenings and weekends. You will drive sales, serve customers, supervise team members, and ensure a smooth and safe store environment. Company Overview ALDI is a global supermarket chain that started in 1913 and entered the Australian market in 2001, now operating around 600 stores across 5 states. Our focus is on delivering high‑quality products at low prices while building a great team and sustainable business. Responsibilities Open and close the store and supervise shifts. Provide constructive feedback and support to the team. Assist with training and onboarding of new staff. Serve customers at the registers with a friendly smile. Maintain product stock levels and keep shelves organized. Identify and eliminate incidents or hazards to ensure safety. Manage workload effectively during busy periods. Requirements Experience in retail or customer service roles. Strong communication skills with colleagues at all levels. Professionalism, fairness, and responsibility. Initiative to improve work quality and efficiency. Ability to lead by example and promote a positive team spirit. Strong customer service orientation. Benefits & Compensation Hourly rate of $33.87* plus shift allowances. 35‑hour per week contract. Extensive training and career opportunities—80% of store management roles filled internally.
