Club Manager at Anytime Fitness Morisset Anytime Fitness is an internationally renowned 24 hour gym with over 500 franchises across Australia. We are looking for someone who is passionate about fitness, self-motivated, highly organised and results driven with excellent customer service skills. About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Anytime Fitness Morisset as a Club Manager. As a fulltime Club Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fitness club, ensuring exceptional member experiences and driving the growth and profitability of the business. What you'll be doing Providing exceptional leadership and management of the club's team, including recruiting, training, and developing staff Ensuring the club maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones Identifying and capitalising on opportunities to expand the club's reach and offerings Fostering a positive, motivating, and collaborative work environment Ensuring the club operates in compliance with all relevant industry regulations and policies Meet monthly KPI's including daily calls, appointments and bookings Local area marketing- promote the Club brand and image within the local community Building an amazing club culture Reporting on maintenance issues What we're looking for Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Management and sales experience Passion for health, fitness, and providing exceptional member experiences Confident and outgoing personality Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team CPR/ First Aid certification Working with Children Check If you are excited by this opportunity and believe you have the skills and experience to succeed as the Club Manager at Anytime Fitness Morisset, we encourage you to apply now. #J-18808-Ljbffr
