ESTEEM DENTAL CARE is in search of a talented DENTAL RECEPTIONIST 4-5 days/ week We are a team of happy people. We have mums, dads, young people and not as young but energetic, charismatic and positive people. We all have the same thing in common: we want to love where we work, and what we do We are excited at the opportunity to welcome another like-minded person to our team for 4 days a week. This position requires flexibility to work any 4 days of the week as determined by practice needs. We are successful in our goals when each team member is clear about what their responsibilities are to the practice and to each other. Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much. Our dental practice is managed so we achieve: High efficiency Happy team members Growing patient base Above award and Remuneration based on level of experience. Are you: Totally crazy about Dentistry Have a strong dental background with good knowledge of equipment, protocols and procedures Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in any dental practice management software system A Superstar on the phone A people person with the "gift of the gab" Have more than 2 years Dental experience The 2+ years dental experience requirement may be somewhat flexible for exceptional candidates Understand and put into practice all practice policies, philosophies, codes and systems Encourage, assist and support team members in their execution of their responsibilities Accept and provide performance feedback in a thoughtful and constructive manner To communicate effectively and extend the highest respect to all team members, superiors and visitors to the practice To be generous with others with your time, patience and support Reporting to and supporting the practice manager you will need to be flexible, adaptable and comfortable with multi-tasking while providing the 'wow factor' to our patients.
