As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. At our company, your success is our success. Together, we grow and achieve win-win results. About the Role You will be responsible for driving sales growth across Australia and international markets. This includes managing and developing wholesale accounts, building strong customer relationships, and representing Serenade Leather at key national and international trade shows. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement monthly sales strategies and targets Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts Identify and secure new business opportunities domestically and internationally Attend and present at national and international trade fairs Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reportingCollaborate with internal teams to support product launches and promotions About You Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally within fashion, accessories, or similar consumer goods Strong network and knowledge of the retail and online fashion industry Experience dealing with department stores and major chain retail stores will be highly prioritised Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills High attention to detail, strong planning ability and self-motivation A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment What We Offer Base salary + superannuation Commission structure Fully maintained company vehicle Mobile phone + travel allowances Free onsite parking Staff discounts on Serenade Leather products Supportive, friendly team environment Beautiful modern showroom and office Ongoing training and opportunities to advance your career in the fashion industry How to Apply If you are enthusiastic, results-driven and ready to join a leading fashion brand, we would love to hear from you.
