If so— you’ll love this role. We are now seeking a Client & Operations Coordinator : a grounded, organized, people‑focused integrator who keeps our team aligned and our clients supported. This role blends client care, scheduling, team coordination, and operational support within a supportive, family‑focused environment. Brainshape & Freshwater Chiropractic is a rapidly growing neurodevelopment and integrative chiropractic clinic located in Brookvale. We offer cutting‑edge brain‑based programs alongside holistic family chiropractic care. What You’ll Do Welcome clients and create a nurtured, professional front‑desk experience Coordinate bookings, schedules, confirmations, and enquiries Support practitioners and therapy assistants during daily operations Maintain clinic organisation and presentation Assist with rosters, supplies, stock, and general admin tasks Keep communication smooth across the team About You Friendly, warm, organized, and great with people Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail Comfortable juggling multiple priorities Previous experience in admin, reception or operations Tech‑confident and eager to learn Interest in holistic health Why Join Us?
