As a Product & Operations Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our adventure, playing a key role in setting up and maintaining unforgettable tours. You'll collaborate closely with our Customer Service Centre and Sales Teams, helping to elevate their product expertise. Along the way, you’ll embrace change for tomorrow and celebrate the moments that make our team thrive.Key responsibilities:Tour package set up & managementManage and update post-booking and Pre tour information documentsManagement of cruise and hotel inventoryCross checking supplier contractsProduct Inbox Management - Assisting Customer Service Centre and Sales with product enquiries, proofing of marketing collateralAssist Product Manager with product launch and brochure process as requiredAssist in reviewing and updating the Website trip and sell pages at time of launch and through out the year to ensure accuracyStreamline/improve/develop processes to ensure consistency across all products and brands ABOUT YOUTo be successful in this role you will have:High attention to detailStrong communication and organisational skillsProven experience in working to deadlines and being able to organise and prioritise work effectivelyAnalytical and problem-solving skillsShow initiative in assessing and implementing systems and processes to improve efficiency and teamworkDemonstrate strong teamwork while maintaining the ability to work autonomouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelMinimum two years’ experience within the travel and tourism industryTravel experience in these destinations along with knowledge of the ATG product will be looked upon favourably WHAT WE OFFERExperience our premium products through familiarisation trips4 weeks of annual leave plus a bonus weekOpportunities for giving back through our One Tomorrow FoundationWork From Anywhere Policy, work up to 20 days per year from anywhereLearning Allowance, access funds to use towards your learning and developmentPaid Parental LeaveEmployee Assistant ProgramFamily and Friends travel discountsModern office with onsite parking OUR VALUES Our values are at the heart of our organisation and the foundation of our culture.
