Opportunity Arrange travel, manage team events, handle corporate credit card purchases, maintain distribution lists and SharePoint sites, and support timesheets and calendar management. Manage CRM entries, assist with confirmed job number applications, support project close‑outs, generate monthly reports, and provide ad‑hoc project support. Generate client invoices, assist with debt collection and credit control, handle time and expense transfers, submit supplier invoices, and produce documents. Manage staff on/off‑boarding, assist with long‑term and short‑term assignments, and support training initiatives. Act as a Health and Safety representative, including roles such as first aider and fire warden. Are you a good fit? Relevant industry experience in administration within a consulting/engineering/built environment business. Good understanding of processes, guidelines and job instructions, with some knowledge of nuances and ambiguities. Intermediate knowledge of Arup systems and able to train and help others. Foundational awareness of health and safety best practice. Able to identify HSE risks, breaches or specific needs and follow internal processes to rectify.
