About the Role Laundy Hotels are seeking a talented Chef with wok experience to join the team at the Horse & Jockey Hotel. Deliver consistent, high‑quality plates with speed and precision. Keep your station sharp, organised and service‑ready. Support and mentor junior chefs while contributing to smooth kitchen operations. Help manage stock, monitor costs, and achieve kitchen targets. Embrace menu innovations and seasonal specials. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Wok Chef or in a busy Asian kitchen. Expertise in wok‑char cooking and heat control. Knowledge of Southeast Asian flavours is a plus. Strong team player with excellent communication skills. Positive, can‑do attitude with a passion for excellence. Flexible to work evenings & weekends.
