The Role We’re on the lookout for talented Wok Chefs to join our kitchen team. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a busy Asian or modern‑Asian restaurant. Strong wok skills and a passion for flavour, texture, and timing. A great attitude, strong teamwork, and calm under pressure. Attention to detail and pride in every plate you send out. A genuine love for food and a drive to grow your career. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some lunches. Ability to maintain consistency and quality under pressure. Reliable, team‑focused, and willing to learn. Flexible and available to work weekends and afternoons. What you will do Cook with precision and pace across wok, hot, and cold sections. Deliver bold, balanced dishes that showcase Asian‑inspired flavours. Work closely with senior chefs to maintain consistency, quality, and presentation. Keep your section organised, clean, and service‑ready at all times. Support prep, stock control, and the smooth running of the kitchen.
