We encourage our team to live their passion, by training them to be knowledgeable with firsthand experience of our products.We have a new opportunity for a highly experienced Area Manager to lead the continued performance and achievement of our BCF stores in Central VIC/TAS. In this position you will lead a team of approximately 10 - 12 store locations across Melbourne and Tasmania.You will have overall responsibility for the operational management of your designated stores, whilst continually looking toward the future of your region for business improvement and operational efficiencies.Some key responsibilities:Build, motivate and guide your team to create high performing teams, with clear direction and a focus on meeting business and personal goalsEnsure operational delivery standards and procedures are encouraged, supported and maintainedEnsure the highest possible standards and compliance in all areas of store operations, merchandising, our safety culture and loss preventionOversee financial and inventory management across the stores in your areaIdentify strategic business opportunities across the region and collaborate with the wider leadership team on strategic initiativesBuild strong relationships across the wider state retail operations networkEnsure business plans and objectives are communicated effectively to your team and storesBuild solutions that put the customer first to deliver exceptional outcomesAbout You:Inspirational leader, with a real passion for people, team culture, development and of course our customersDemonstrated experience in all aspects of retail Area / Regional Management.
