Our culture club provides opportunities for everyone whether you’re into fitness, pizza making classes, socialising or bringing out your competitive side in trivia or lawn bowls, and so much more**What you’ll be working on**As our new Client Services Representative, you'll:* Be the voice of CMC Markets, responding to client queries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging.* Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back.* Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, contributing to our industry-leading reputation.* Participate in a rotating schedule between 7:30am and 8:00pm.Your experience and expertise directly impacts the satisfaction of our clients, as millions of their trades are successfully executed annually.* You’ll possess a strong customer service orientation and thrive in a client-centric environment.* Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for the financial services industry.* Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing.* Show resilience and adaptability in a high-volume call centre setting.* Eligibility to work in Australia permanently.Previous customer service experience is a plus, but your attitude and willingness to learn are what truly matter.**The things we live by**CMC Markets is powered by our people.
