Base pay range A$60,000.00/yr - A$65,000.00/yr What you'll be doing As a Client Services Representative (Bilingual English and Mandarin) at CMC Markets, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our 14-year streak as recipients of 'Canstar's Most Satisfied Customers' award. Based in our vibrant Chatswood office, you'll dive into the fast-paced world of financial services. You'll gain invaluable experience, develop your skills, and lay the foundation for a thriving career in the industry whilst participating in our career development pathway. Your journey begins with comprehensive training, including the prestigious RG146 Financial Regulatory qualification. You'll become an expert in our cutting-edge trading platforms, learning from industry professionals who are passionate about your growth. This is a full time permanent opportunity offering a salary of $60,000 plus superannuation. What you'll be working on Be the voice of CMC Markets, responding to client queries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging. Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back. Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, contributing to our industry-leading reputation. Participate in a rotating schedule between 7:30am and 8:00pm. What will help you be successful? You'll possess a strong customer service orientation and thrive in a client-centric environment. Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for the financial services industry. Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing. Show resilience and adaptability in a high-volume call centre setting. Eligibility to work in Australia permanently.
