Duties & Responsibilities Lead our Banking & Finance division Collaborate with financial adviser/broker, technical and administrative paraplanners Research and develop residential and commercial loan strategies Liaise with clients throughout the loan process Prepare loan proposal documents via MyCRM Prepare loan applications via ApplyOnline Track applications and settlements Monitor compliance and conduct annual reviews Liaise with banks during the application and settlement process Assist with staff training and development Education & Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will preferably have completed the following; Bachelor’s Degree in Finance Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking Experience & Attributes Minimum two years previous experience as a mortgage broker or home loan specialist and/or business banking role Strong knowledge of all industry administrative processes Strong industry loan product and credit policy knowledge Excellent time‑management skills and ability to multi‑task Proactive approach to identifying and solving issues Ability to effectively manage workflow tasks Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to work unsupervised Strong written & verbal communication skills with proven ability in relationship building Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience using industry workflow management systems Experience using mortgage broking software Where to from here?
