Your New Role Reporting to the Manager – Service Management, you will play a key role in the transition from the existing ITSM Tool to ServiceNow. The ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for the continued development and support of the ServiceNow platform, managing all phases of the platform lifecycle and best practices, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Key responsibilities and duties Understand the needs of all stakeholders for changes to ITSM functionality and work directly with business users to capture requirements Review and update configuration within the platform with a focus on continuous improvement and automation Provide proactive process improvements Perform discovery and service mapping in ServiceNow Perform audits and contribute to management level reporting Maintain internal relationships across all levels of the Fund Maintain supplier and external partnership opportunities for value co‑creation Operate and make decisions in accordance with the Fund’s Policies, Standards and Procedures, and the Fund’s Key Decision Registers and delegated authorities What You'll Need Strong and demonstrable working experience administrating ServiceNow ServiceNow System Administrator certified Relevant ITIL certifications, plus extensive working knowledge of IT service management and ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration and Release Management Experience supporting discovery and service mapping in ServiceNow Proven ability to implement ITSM platform improvement initiatives promoting quality assurance and consistency Excellent spoken and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills including listening, building rapport and awareness of internal and external issues Ability to develop and maintain high‑quality interpersonal relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both within and outside the Fund Dedication to excellent customer service Life at AustralianSuper AustralianSuper is committed to colleague development, providing ongoing learning, coaching, training, and career opportunities across our expanding global organisation.
