Vocational Education and Training - Workplace Support Officer Department of Education WA – Ellenbrook WA This is a 3 month fixed term, full-time position commencing Term 1, 2026 with possible extension and/or permanency Aveley Secondary College (SC) opened in 2018 and is a large secondary school catering for Years 7 to 12 in Perth’s Swan Valley. The College is recognised as a school of choice with high expectations and standards, a progressive approach and a commitment to excellence. You will ideally be organised and highly motivated with excellent communication skills. Additionally, the successful applicant should assist with related administrative processes including monitoring the Workplace Learning Program budget, maintaining the Workplace Learning Program database and preparing relevant correspondence. Demonstrated well developed keyboarding and computer skills, including a working knowledge of databases, spreadsheets and word processing. Demonstrated sound written, oral and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, students, employers and parents.
