Enjoy the Journey About the role MYMC are looking for a Production Manager to lead our Night Shift from Sunday to Thursday. This new & exciting role starts at 10pm till 6:06am. This role ensures that all night operations align with company standards, production targets, food safety requirements, and team performance expectations. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this position requires a hands-on leader who is decisive, accountable, and capable of driving results with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Lead and oversee all site operations during night shift across Production. Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to frontline supervisors and team members. Ensure compliance with food safety, quality assurance, WHS, and GMP requirements. Monitor and manage production KPIs Conduct pre-shift and handover meetings to align on priorities and communicate effectively across shifts. Manage emergency situations, elevate incidents appropriately, and act as the primary point of contact overnight. Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and site rules. Drive a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Complete end-of-shift reports and elevate critical information to senior management Skills & Experience Minimum 10 years’ experience in food manufacturing, with at least 5-7 years in a senior operations or leadership role. Proven background in Food Manufacturing/FMCG, production and logistics/warehousing environments. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive performance, and maintain compliance. Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, WHS, and quality systems in a food environment. Excellent communication and decision-making skills. Able to work independently with high levels of trust, responsibility, and initiative. Physically capable of working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing setting.
