An exciting opportunity presents itself for a dedicated Real Estate Administrator to work in one of our growing offices based in the Inner CBD Suburbs. You will provide high level internal support to this high-performing team as they enter their next chapter of Real Estate. This is a great learning opportunity for someone looking to get into the industry, or someone who wants to further their skillset. Reporting to the Director and Lead Agent, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Administration functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing and sales activity. Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials as well as proofing material with absolute accuracy. Intensive database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar and task management. Attend and assist with sales activities such as open homes. Provision of weekly vendor reports for the agent's listings. Self-managing day to day tasks; and Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience. Your skills will make a difference. We’re after someone with the following skills and attributes: Previous experience administration is essential, and previous experience in real estate is highly advantageous. Possess exceptional computer skills in database operation and Microsoft Office package. Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skills. Excellent communication skills; and Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
