Visit The Welcome Experience | NSW Government What You'll Be Doing The Staff Health Coordinator provides strategic leadership and governance of occupational staff health services across all SNSWLHD sites. The role will oversee the delivery of Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination Against Specified Infectious Diseases (OASV), Occupational Exposure Management and Respiratory Protection Program (RPP). Selection Criteria Postgraduate qualification in health service management or associated fields or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience and a demonstrated understanding of occupational health frameworks in line with NSW Health policy directives and legislation Experience in coordinating large-scale vaccination campaigns (e.g. annual influenza), monitoring compliance, and interpreting immunisation and serology data to support staff health Demonstrated management and leadership skills including change management, conflict resolution, motivational and team development skills together with the ability to apply problem‑solving strategies Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate effectively, promote a culture of safety and wellbeing and capacity to manage human resource issues Well‑developed analytical skills to analyse and interpret data including managing systems for documentation and reporting Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and the capacity to apply knowledge and skills to developing innovative improvement strategies to health service. Evidence of a current unrestricted drivers' licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires.
