Job Highlights Brand new permanent full-time position Exciting opportunity in a global leading agribusiness Brand‑new office layout in Eastwood, minutes from the CBD About the role As part of our growth journey at Bunge, we’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our collaborative HR team at our Adelaide office in Eastwood. In this permanent, full‑time role, you’ll play a key part in managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process across our Australian and New Zealand operations. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and our Talent Acquisition Advisor to attract and retain top talent for our evolving business. Together, you’ll drive recruitment activities and contribute to enhancing our strategies and practices for long‑term success. Duties Manage and coordinate recruitment activities across multiple business units, ensuring a consistent and high‑quality candidate experience Partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and engage top talent Prepare and distribute employment contracts and other key documentation Support the development and implementation of attraction and retention strategies Lead the creation and continuous improvement of recruitment tools and processes Maintain accurate records, reports and organisational charts Contribute to the coordination and delivery of seasonal (harvest) recruitment campaigns Provide administrative and systems support to recruitment and onboarding activities Monitor recruitment trends and support development of employer branding initiatives About you 4+ years’ experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a fast‑paced, complex environment Demonstrated success in sourcing and building pipelines of talent across a range of disciplines Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies and process improvements Strong relationship management skills and ability to partner with diverse stakeholders Tech‑savvy with sound knowledge of recruitment platforms and Microsoft Office Excellent communication, problem‑solving and time‑management skills A collaborative, proactive and solutions‑oriented mindset Experience supporting high‑volume and seasonal recruitment is desirable About us Bunge is a premier agribusiness solutions company.
