This position plays a key role in supporting Epiroc's continued growth and acquisitions across the Resources sector. We are seeking someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings proven experience in blue and white‑collar recruitment, and is eager to contribute to Epiroc's mission of driving sustainable productivity and innovation. You'll partner closely with leaders across acquired businesses and existing operations to ensure a seamless, high‑quality recruitment experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a range of white and blue‑collar roles across multiple operational and acquisition sites nationally. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, ensuring recruitment strategies align with Epiroc's business and acquisition goals. Develop and implement innovative sourcing and attraction strategies to build strong pipelines of skilled candidates for current and future needs. Lead recruitment initiatives to enhance candidate experience and uphold Epiroc's reputation as an employer of choice. Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide meaningful insights to continuously improve processes and performance. Represent Epiroc at career expos, industry events, and job fairs to strengthen our employer brand and attract top‑tier talent. Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment within the Resources or Mining sector, ideally with exposure to integration or acquisition environments. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders, delivering a positive and consistent recruitment experience. Exceptional communication and influencing skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset, using data and insights to refine recruitment strategies. Experience managing high‑volume recruitment campaigns in a fast‑paced, evolving organisation.
