National Sales Manager – Lincoln Electric Core Products (Equipment and Consumables) Location: Padstow Job Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organisational goals. Lead, mentor, and manage a high‑performing sales team to meet and exceed targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior management. Ensure you and the sales team adhere to corporate compliance, company policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall business performance. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities. Job Requirements Proven track record in sales leadership, ideally within the Welding Industry. Strong ability to motivate and develop teams across multiple regions. Strategic thinker with proven and strong commercial acumen. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Results‑driven, with a passion for building long‑term customer partnerships. Opportunity to lead a national team in a respected, growing organisation.
