Join Our Volunteer Team Short Back & Sidewalks is creating positive connections with vulnerable and marginalized community members to build a stronger and more inclusive community We offer pop‑up hairdressing/barber services at community organisations who provide support to people experiencing homelessness throughout Perth Metro and are expanding into the WA regional areas Role Overview: As a Community Services Coordinator, you'll help coordinate volunteers, manage rosters, and ensure smooth service operations. If you have any free time to work online at your own convenience, we would like you to do administrative work from home, and when possible meet up with hair salons in Geraldton and engage them in voluntary work, which can benefit the Midwest community. We are also looking for individuals who have: A friendly and outgoing demeanor. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. Empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by people experiencing homelessness. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
