About the role This is an exciting opportunity that will see you : Use workforce data to design plans aligned with operational goals Map out future staffing needs and create plans to fill gaps. Provide evidence-based analysis to guide workforce decisions Enhance business and HR systems for efficiency and effectiveness The role is highly analytical, consultative and focused on both immediate and operational needs and long-term workforce sustainability.
