A pivotal role, there is clear scope for you to make a real impact with a for-purpose, values-led education organisation undertaking a major systems transformation program. As the Training & Change Lead, you will design and coordinate training programs, support change readiness, and drive user adoption as new systems, processes and ways of working are introduced across a multi-site school network. Working across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sentral and associated integrations, you will support staff with structured training, communication and engagement activities, and ongoing capability uplift. You will partner closely with SMEs, vendor training teams, implementation partners and the broader project team to manage training delivery, monitor readiness, and ensure stakeholders are prepared for each rollout wave. Core Functions of the Role Include : Change Management & People Readiness Plan and execute change and readiness activities across a structured rollout Coordinate school engagement, readiness assessments and feedback Act as a liaison between the project team, SMEs and school staff on change impacts Monitor user confidence and adoption, providing insights and recommendations Training Coordination & Design Liaise with vendor training teams to manage logistics, schedules and communications Review and tailor training content to align with organisational processes Track attendance, participation and feedback to assess readiness Establish and maintain a central repository for training materials and recordings Training Delivery & Support Coordinate Train-the-Trainer activities to build internal training capability Support and participate in training delivery across multiple rollout waves Provide catch‑up and refresher training for staff who miss scheduled sessions Support go‑live readiness and post‑go‑live hyper‑care to ensure users are supported Reporting, Integration & Handover Report training progress, risks and readiness metrics to the Project Lead Contribute to communication and engagement materials to support awareness and adoption Capture lessons learned and refine training approaches for subsequent waves Handover training artefacts and ownership to internal teams for ongoing use About You Prior experience as a Training Lead or Learning Coordinator in a major ERP or system implementation Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working with vendor or partner training teams Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sentral or similar systems Proven ability to align training with business processes and project outcomes Excellent organisational and documentation skills Ability to quickly understand business operations and translate them into practical training content Experience in education, not-for-profit or multi-site environments Knowledge of change management and user adoption principles A salary package of circa $140,000 TRP will be negotiated based on capability and experience.
