Safety and Compliance Partner

As the Safety and Compliance Business Partner you will play a critical role in developing, implementing and improving workplace health, safety and compliance business practices. You will be a trusted advisor to our leaders and employees, helping to maintain a compliant and positive working environment that puts people first, whether it's reducing risk on the floor or guiding work, health and safety performance conversations. Key Responsibilities Workplace Health & Safety (WHS): Manage the site's WHS Management System in line with legislation and company standards Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits Provide guidance to leaders and employees on WHS compliance Manage training and tool box talks Provide advice on performance management, policy application, and employee relations Manage HRIS updates About You ✅ 2+ years of experience in Compliance, HR, safety , or a related field ✅ Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices ✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✅ High attention to detail with strong organisational skills ✅ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Why Join?
