Blending French and Japanese aesthetics with contemporary innovation, we create sensory experiences that delight the eye and the palate. We’re seeking a visionary Pastry Chef to lead our pastry program and elevate our signature offerings. What you’ll do Develop and execute extraordinary pastries, plated desserts, confections and high‑tea items. Lead pastry kitchen operations, set standards and mentor junior pastry staff. Blend traditional techniques with avant‑garde methods to create seasonal menus and limited‑edition pieces. Oversee quality control, portioning, costing and plating consistency. Source premium ingredients and maintain relationships with suppliers. Contribute to menu design, product development and in‑store tasting events. What we’re looking for Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high‑end patisserie, patisserie‑focused café or fine‑dining environment. Mastery of advanced pastry techniques, chocolate work, sugar artistry and plated desserts. Strong aesthetic sense, flavour pairing skills and attention to detail. Leadership and mentoring experience; ability to manage a busy kitchen team. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high standards. Culinary or pastry qualification preferred.
