Your impact We’re seeking a Senior Revit Designer to join our Structures team in Sydney, playing a key role in delivering major infrastructure and building projects across water, defence, transport, and general buildings. This is a leadership opportunity for someone passionate about digital innovation, large‑scale project delivery, and team development. Responsibilities Define and lead BIM and digital delivery strategies across major projects, including Revit setup, modelling standards and digital workflows. Oversee project digital delivery from initial setup through coordination and execution planning, ensuring alignment with both client and company standards. Guide and mentor a team of modellers and digital engineers; lead a small team if experience allows. Collaborate across disciplines and geographies to promote global integrated delivery and drive innovation. Contribute to bids and proposals, strengthening the technical capability and strategic growth of the business. Support career progression and performance alignment within the team. Support project resourcing and contribute to shaping Jacobs’ technology and intellectual property within the ANZ Structures team. Qualifications Expert‑level Revit experience and deep knowledge of BIM workflows. Strong consulting industry experience, ideally on large complex infrastructure or building projects. Demonstrated ability to coordinate structural digital delivery with other disciplines. Experience with structural design, analysis, BIM software and a solid understanding of ANZ digital delivery standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and team development. A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks and drive innovation.
