The roster and Relationship Officer is to roster staff with clients to provide At-Home services according to agreed timeframes and in line with the organisation's strategy, Vision, Values and operating requirements. Coordinating day-to-day rostering requirements across the organisation. Direct and allocate resources as needed, ensuring that business processes have been followed. Promote workforce efficiency and ensure that operational needs have been met. Answering incoming calls. High-level administrative support ensuring all aspects of administrative support are performed as required and as directed. Skills and experience Minimum 1 year of Roster Officer experience (Preferable in Community/Disability sector) High-level verbal, written and interpersonal communication and relational skills including high-level literacy and numeracy skills Working with coordinators, clients, carers and other stakeholders to achieve appropriate client outcomes. Demonstrated ability to provide high-level administrative support in a team setting. High-level computer literacy with proficiency in word processing, Outlook, and high-level keyboard skills. Build long-term relationships with clients and field staff. Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues. Help promote and maintain a positive company image. Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly. Attentive to detail and organized. Must be self-motivated, flexible, manage priorities, and work towards achieving long-term goals. General understanding of the Disability Sector and NDIS. NDIS worker check or willing to obtain.
