This is a unique opportunity to excel in B2B product and solution sales targeting the South American market. Key Responsibilities Engage directly with senior decision-makers across South America through cold calling, email, and social media outreach . Build, nurture, and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities. Serve as a brand ambassador , developing long-term client relationships. Match client requirements with tailored products and solutions. Keep accurate records of sales activity and pipeline management. Maintain client relationships post-sale to drive repeat business . Collaborate with colleagues, contributing to a high-performance, positive work culture . Requirements Spanish native speaker with fluent English. 35 years of B2B sales experience (preferably with high-value products). Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous (not essential). Experience in creating and launching strategic email marketing campaigns is a plus. Highly motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a passion for growth. Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Guaranteed base salary + commission structure . On-target earnings (OTE): A$70,000 A$100,000+ per year .
