Note: This is a newly created, hands‑on role designed for an individual contributor - not a team management role. What You’ll Do Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks (Trade, ABC, Competition Law, Data Privacy, Digital) and guide teams on legislative changes and practical process updates. Risk Management & Governance: Coordinate the ERM process, assess risks, and support climate‑related risk analysis to strengthen governance and strategic planning. Internal Controls: Support the Sandvik Risk & Control Matrix to maintain strong governance standards. Climate Reporting: Lead data collection for Scope 1–3 emissions and prepare required climate disclosures aligned with legislation and global sustainability goals. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams, providing clear insights and updates on compliance, risk, and governance matters. Various administrative tasks, including checklists and reporting requirements for head office What We’re Looking For Qualifications : Tertiary qualifications in Law, Business, Finance, Sustainability or a related field. Experience : Proven experience in compliance, risk management, sustainability reporting or governance. Skills : Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. Approach : Self‑driven, proactive, and able to work independently, while collaborating effectively with others.
