Job Overview Job Coach – National Support Hub (Eight Mile Plains, Queensland, Australia). Permanent, full‑time position. Requisition ID: #001. 1 opening. Responsibilities This role is part of the National Support Hub team where you will: Ensure efficient and effective delivery of assistance and advice to customers fully eligible for Employment Services support via phone servicing. Answer all inbound calls in a timely manner and make outbound calls for internal and external customers. Provide the right information, tools and advice to support people across a range of enquiries. Maintain composure and focus on achieving objectives while delivering exceptional service. Qualifications We are looking for a candidate who: Has a genuine interest in people and can listen actively, provide advice, and build trust and rapport with customers. Is a natural at customer service with both internal and external customers. Has initiative, is a team player, and is committed to achieving results. Has strong administration skills. Holds a current Working with Children check or is willing to obtain one. Benefits Gender‑neutral paid parental leave of 12 weeks.
