Meta Care Hub is seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join its growing team in Bentley, WA, and surrounding communities. This is a full‑time, permanent position, offering a competitive salary (e.g., $70,000 – $80,000 per annum, or as required) plus superannuation. The successful candidate will deliver person‑centred support across home, community, and service settings, aligned with Meta Care Hub’s participant‑focused service model. Benefits Attractive salary supportive of the role’s demands and qualifications Stable full‑time employment with a reputable NDIS provider Flexible working arrangements, including in‑home and community‑facing support Ongoing professional development and training in NDIS‑compliant care standards Task & responsibilities Provide high‑quality, individualised support to NDIS participants in their homes and the community Assist with daily living activities, emotional wellbeing, capacity building, and community access Deliver support in areas such as daily tasks, personal care, and life‑skill development as assigned Foster meaningful relationships to promote participant independence and social inclusion Complete required administrative tasks and maintain compliance with NDIS policy and reporting standards Qualification & experience Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Disability, or equivalent qualification At least 1 year of prior experience in the disability, community support or aged care sector Current First Aid and CPR certification, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working With Children Check (if required) Valid Australian driver’s licence and ability to travel across the service area as needed (preferred) Warm, respectful, and resilient with strong communication and organisational skills About Company Metacare Hub is an NDIS service provider, dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling and independent lives.
