The Qantas SME Sales team, part of Global Sales & Distribution, drives growth in the dynamic small and medium enterprise segment through innovative product solutions. With a strong focus on the customer, the team delivers value for SME business travellers via the Qantas Business Rewards program, ensuring a best‑in‑class booking and travel experience. As anSME Commercial Analyst , you’ll transform data into insights that drive performance and strategic development. You’ll build financial models, develop business cases, track initiatives, and create automated dashboards for real‑time visibility of commercial, customer and operational trends. You’ll be curious and autonomous, and able to create and present actionable insights which influence senior decision‑making. You’ll have: Prior experience in a commercial, analytical, or similar role Tertiary qualification in commerce, business, technology, or a related discipline Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets Proven ability to build financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and other data visualisation tools Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior decision‑makers Demonstrated ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive commercial outcomes Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and deliver results Why Qantas?
