Trading Account Executive - Metal Recycling Join to apply for the Trading Account Executive - Metal Recycling role at Bendigo Advertiser . Position located at East Maitland, New South Wales, Australia. About The Role As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for scrap metal procurement, both ferrous and non-ferrous, as well as coordinating delivery to nominated InfraBuild Recycling facilities. Working closely with the State Trading Managers and Account Executive team, you will contribute to operational safety as well as driving excellence in customer service. Key Responsibilities Oversee a portfolio of existing accounts and develop new business Develop rapport with customers, tailoring our products and service offerings to their specific needs Prioritise work demands to manage customer retention and satisfaction Negotiate quotes taking into account bespoke customer requirements Ensure compliance with ACCC and Trade Practices in all customer and contractor interactions Support the ‘Goal Zero’ strategy by operating in a manner that does not expose yourself or others to hazards that could result in injury or illness Engage in general continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications and Experience Strong experience in sales or account management Desirable: Experience in scrap metal recycling and other waste and recycling industries Demonstrate the ability to influence outcomes with various stakeholder groups to achieve strategic objectives Ensure adherence to relevant company policies, including safe work practices High level of resilience and a solutions-focused mindset to support business objectives and strategies Demonstrated time management and project planning ability Ability to identify opportunities for growth or improvement across a complex business Key Benefits Generous parental leave: 20 weeks paid Primary Carer Leave and 3 weeks paid Partner Leave for employees with at least 12 months work Superannuation contributions for the Primary Carer during unpaid parental leave (limitations apply) Access to long service leave after 5 years: 1.3 weeks per year of service after 5 years continuous service for those not covered by an Enterprise Agreement Employee Benefits Program: discounts for employees, friends and family on various products and services Accessible learning: InfraBuild Learn360 provides self-directed learning opportunities Corporate rates for private health insurance: discounted cover via Nib Health Insurance About InfraBuild InfraBuild is Australia’s leading integrated steel manufacturing, distribution and recycling business.
