You will play a key role in planning, teaching, assessing, and coordinating IT programs, mentoring staff, and driving continuous improvement in teaching practices. Key Responsibilities Plan, deliver, and assess inclusive learning activities aligned with industry standards. Coordinate program operations including timetabling, resource planning, and compliance documentation. Mentor and support teaching staff, fostering best practice and innovation. Engage with stakeholders and industry to enhance program relevance and quality. Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements. Skills and Experience Required Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent). Relevant higher‑level qualification (AQF6+) in adult or vocational education OR higher education teaching qualification with required skill sets. Minimum 2 years’ industry experience in IT and extensive teaching experience. Strong understanding of learning principles and learner‑centred methodologies. Excellent communication, organisational, and ICT skills.
