The Opportunity Reporting to the General Manager, Finance, the Manager, Information Technology Services will lead the IT function, ensuring technology strategy and operations align with Fronditha Care’s organisational goals. This role provides strategic oversight, leadership, and hands‑on management of IT systems, vendors, and projects that enable the organisation’s growth, efficiency, and service excellence. You will oversee system governance, vendor performance, budget and portfolio management, and the delivery of secure, scalable technology solutions. With a focus on innovation, you’ll drive continuous improvement and help modernise Fronditha Care’s digital ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Lead the IT function and align technology strategy with business objectives. Oversee IT governance, risk, budgeting, and portfolio management. Design a simple yet rigorous IT budgeting, planning, and portfolio management process. Lead RFI/RFP efforts for key sourcing partnerships (Professional and Managed Services). Oversee strategic programs to ensure timely, budget‑friendly, value‑driven, and specification‑compliant delivery. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance against SLAs. Drive business system improvement, integration, and standardisation. Lead and mentor a small IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Ensure compliance with WHS, data protection, and organisational policies. About You Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong leadership experience in IT management within complex, multi‑site organisations. Proven success implementing enterprise systems and leading technology change. Skilled in vendor management, IT budgeting, and project delivery. Experience with systems such as iCare, Epicor, D365, UKG, or similar is highly regarded. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in the aged care or not‑for‑profit sector is desirable.
