Responsibilities This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑growing, AI‑driven technology company that is reimagining the online gaming industry through automation, scale, and innovative product delivery. As a Mid‑Senior Product Owner, you will take ownership of driving the product roadmap, working closely with leadership and development teams to ensure world‑class execution from strategy to delivery. You will be at the centre of the action, defining requirements, managing cross‑functional alignment, and ensuring features land with speed, quality, and business impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and wants to make a direct impact on a global platform. Define and drive the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals. Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform future product development. Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the long‑term product vision. Own the feature lifecycle from ideation through delivery. Write detailed requirements, run workshops and kick‑offs, and clarify scope. Manage dependencies and ensure seamless developer execution. Act as the go‑to contact for the development team, providing scope clarification and daily support. Run stand‑ups and hold teams accountable to delivery estimates, constructively challenging when needed. Remove blockers and drive progress to ensure delivery timelines are met. Engage with stakeholders across the business to align on requirements, scope, and delivery. Serve as the central hub for communication, ensuring visibility and alignment. Collaborate directly with founders and senior leaders, adapting quickly to evolving priorities. What You Bring Strong experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in SaaS, gaming, fintech, or other high‑growth tech sectors. Proven ability to manage roadmaps, run workshops, and deliver features end‑to‑end. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to bridge technical and non‑technical teams. High adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments. A collaborative, low‑ego mindset, able to take direction, pivot when needed, and maintain a positive, results‑driven culture.
