Product/Warehouse Coordinator

Are you organized, hands‑on and passionate about ensuring smooth product and warehouse operations? We are seeking an enthusiastic Product/Warehouse Coordinator to support our Compleat Angler and Camping World brands. This is a diverse role combining product administration, warehouse coordination, and support across our online and retail channels. About the Role Reporting to the Category Manager, this role is responsible for managing daily product and warehouse workflows, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and great service to our stores and customers. Key Responsibilities Order & Warehouse Coordination Manage daily orders through our ERP system, including releases, confirmations, invoicing and picking when required. Oversee stock receipting and warehouse processes using our ERP system. Process and manage warehouse online orders. Handle store and consumer enquiries regarding product orders. Work closely with warehouse team members to oversee and support: Dispatches Picking accuracy Inventory management OH&S processes and procedures Stock location sheets Warehouse cleanliness and organization Monitoring order pick load Monitoring stock put‑away and warehouse management Product Administration & Online Support Manage and maintain your own product Masterfile. Work collaboratively with the Category Manager on: Product setup and maintenance for the website PIM uploads New product uploads for the website Skills & Experience A personal passion for the outdoors with knowledge of fishing and camping is essential to understand and work effectively with our product range. Previous experience in data entry or product administration. Physically capable of undertaking warehouse picking and dispatching duties. High attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively across warehouse, product and category functions. Experience with M3 (advantageous but not essential). Why Join Us?
