The Role We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Product Manager to join our Melbourne team. This exciting role is based in our office in Dandenong and will focus on the selling and support of our brands into key retail, online, and B2B channels. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be responsible for vendor strategy, inventory management, pricing, claims, training, and product lifecycle management – all with the aim of maximising brand performance and profitability. Key Responsibilities Vendor Growth – Develop and execute long‑term growth strategies with our global brands. Inventory Management – Forecast, order, and maintain stock within company KPI metrics. Pricing & Margin Management – Ensure competitive pricing and strong profitability. Claims & Returns – Manage vendor claims, returns, and aged/EOL stock effectively. Training & Enablement – Deliver brand/product training to sales teams, partners, and customers. Merchandising & Store Visits – Support retail partners through store visits and brand promotion. Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Compliance & Safety – Ensure all products meet local standards and requirements. About You We’re looking for a motivated Product Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys balancing commercial strategy with hands‑on execution. You will have: Proven experience in product management, brand management, or category management (consumer goods/electronics preferred). Strong commercial acumen with excellent Excel and data analysis skills . Outstanding relationship management and communication skills . High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive, team‑oriented approach with a strong work ethic.
