Your role isn't just about cooking; it's about creating unforgettable experiences for our guests and leading a dynamic team we call the Funsquad Key Responsibilities: Inspire and Lead: Coach your Funsquad by setting the gold standard for guest experiences. Your leadership will make every meal memorable Safety and Fun: Ensure a lively yet safe environment for both your team and guests, meeting all safety and quality control standards. Efficiency and Innovation: Work closely with the Head Chef to streamline operations, manage costs, and seize opportunities for improvement. Daily Operations: Take charge of the kitchen's daily activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. What You Bring: Hospitality Experience: Your background in hospitality will shine as you deliver top-notch service. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team. Qualifications: A certificate in hospitality, retail, catering, or food is a plus. Willingness to obtain a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is essential.
