As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Customer Service Consultantto join our dynamic team. About the role This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail‑driven Customer Service Consultant who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while coordinating orders, managing schedules, and supporting our internal sales and operations teams. Your ability to problem‑solve, stay organised, and build strong customer relationships will be key to your success. Key responsibilities Provide professional and friendly customer service via phone, email and online channels Process customer orders, quotes, and enquiries with accuracy and attention to detail Support inside sales activities, including preparing pricing, documentation, and product information Coordinate service bookings, technician schedules, and delivery arrangements Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently Troubleshoot issues, follow up on outstanding matters, and ensure timely resolutions Maintain customer records and data integrity in CRM and ERP systems Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture What you’ll bring Previous experience in customer serviceand inside salesroles Strong attention to detailwith excellent verbal and written communication Proven problem‑solvingabilities and confidence managing multiple priorities Experience in scheduling, coordination, or service bookings (highly regarded) Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment Solid computer skills and comfort with CRM/ERP systems Healthcare, medical device, or aged‑care industry experience (preferred but not essential) A positive attitude, resilience, and a genuine commitment to helping customers Benefits Be part of a company improving the lives of patients and care providers every day Supportive, friendly team with strong values and a customer‑first mindset Opportunities for training, professional development, and career growth Stable, growing business with a strong reputation in the healthcare sector Competitive Remuneration and great work/life balance #J-18808-Ljbffr
