Mrs Mac’s and Balfours are Australian household names in pies, sausage rolls, pasties and sweet bakery products. Our products are manufactured in Perth and Adelaide and are found all over Australia and New Zealand. Since Aus Pie Co purchased the brands in 2022, we have been focused on our customers to ensure we partner effectively and grow together. We have invested significantly in relaunching the brands, with a strong emphasis on quality and product innovation. We are now seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive the growth of our iconic Australian brand portfolio in NSW. About the role This position is based at our Sales and Marketing office in Rhodes, NSW, and reports to the National Account Manager – Major Accounts. Travel within NSW and interstate will be required. As our Key Account Manager, you will support Major Distributor customers to deliver commercial outcomes across key categories. Responsibilities include: Managing components of major customer accounts as delegated Supporting promotional planning and execution Coordinating category reviews and product range discussions Conducting analysis to support pricing, forecasting and commercial recommendations Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships Visiting Key end users sites – single site operators and MSO’s Providing general administrative and commercial support to the account teams You will work closely with Customer Service, Marketing, Finance and wider Sales team to deliver successful outcomes for customers and the business.
