Dispatch Coordinator

Join our Sydney team as a full-time Dispatch Coordinator . This role involves processing outbound orders, preparing freight for transport, and creating daily schedules for drivers. Key Responsibilities Scan and dispatch freight Stack and wrap pallets and perform warehouse duties as required Create air and road consignment notes (using both computer and manual systems) Lodge and collect freight at air and sea terminals Load and unload delivery vehicles and complete deliveries occasionally Collaborate with management to modify daily routes based on customer needs Prepare daily work schedules and notify drivers of road hazards Monitor driver logs for errors, violations, working hours, and equipment availability Process export and import shipments Qualifications 2-3 years of warehousing experience Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment Current forklift license or willingness to obtain one Certificate I-II in Warehousing & Distribution and/or experience in 3PL warehouse and freight forwarding (highly regarded) Excellent communication skills Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks Strong planning and organizational skills Experience with dispatch software is desirable All successful applicants will require a National Police Check, but a criminal record does not automatically disqualify candidates unless legally required for the role.
